The Management Board of Selvita S.A. with its registered office in Krakow (“Company”) hereby informs that the Company received a notification prepared in accordance with Article 19.1 of MAR from Mr. Paweł Przewięźlikowski – Member of the Supervisory Board as from the person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company due to the implementation of a non-diluting incentive program about which the Company informed in the current reports No. 08/2021 of April 20th, 2021 and No. 12/2021 of May 13th, 2021. The notification is attached to this report.
