The Management Board of Selvita S.A. with its registered office in Krakow (“Issuer”) informs that on May 30th, 2023 the Issuer’s Management Board adopted a resolution to change the address of the Company’s registered office from ul. Profesora Michała Bobrzyńskiego 14, 30-348 Kraków to the following address:

79 Podole Street, 30-394 Kraków.

The resolution comes into force on the day of its adoption.
